apktool pc

Recently i use np manager to remove signature verification using Modex3. badminton game pc 0 to sign apk before i modified using apktool or apk editor,it will launch on a11 below but not a12 up If no remove signature verification,it will not launch for both a11 and a12 after installed. badminton game pc I also try sign v1 v2 v3 v4 yet no luck,only black screen and closed
